For group bookings, your details may be provided to the University by a member of the group on your behalf. In this case, we will send you confirmation of your registration including a link to our privacy notice. Your information may be provided to third parties engaged by us to deliver event services, including venue providers and caterers. We may record online events and make them publicly available in the University’s publications, websites and other promotional material for teaching purposes or in order to promote the University’s services.
