 facilitate your involvement with the event or program, including any
 correspondence necessary to manage your registration, attendance or other

 Information related to dietary or accessibility requirements is collected for
 some events to better understand and accommodate your requirements. As
 part of your ongoing relationship with the University, information about your
 participation in events or programs, including your attendance or engagement,
 may be shared with the University’s Advancement team. This helps the
 University manage alumni and supporter engagement, improve your experience,
 and provide information about events, programs, or opportunities that may
 interest you.
  
 For group bookings, your details may be provided to the University by a
 member of the group on your behalf. In this case, we will send you
 confirmation of your registration including a link to our privacy
 notice. Your
 information may be provided to third parties engaged by us to deliver event
 services, including venue providers and caterers. We may
 record online events and make them publicly available in the University’s
 publications, websites and other promotional material for teaching purposes
 or in order to promote the University’s services. Where you do not wish to be
 recorded, you can choose to keep your camera switched off, remain muted, and
